📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end planning and implementation of national and international industrial construction projects in the area of technical building services in accordance with HOAI service phases 1–9 • Plan new construction, renovation, and expansion projects at all KOSTAL Group locations • Manage and control projects with regard to costs, schedules, and quality/quantity • Coordinate and supervise external partners in collaboration with internal departments • Conduct planning coordination meetings, site inspections, and handovers/acceptance inspections • Plan maintenance measures and actively manage warranty claims • Support inspections by qualified experts, audits, and commissioning activities • Monitor and optimize compliance with technical TGA requirements to ensure production quality

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in technical building services, building services engineering, or utilities engineering, or qualification as a state-certified technician combined with relevant professional experience • Several years of professional experience • Experience in industrial construction planning • Extensive experience managing interdisciplinary projects in manufacturing companies • Knowledge of CAD, MS Project, and other planning tools is desirable • Willingness to travel internationally occasionally • Flexibility • Strong intercultural communication skills • Fluent German and English skills, including negotiation proficiency
