📋 Description

• Support daily Billing and Collections activities, responding to operational queries and managing complex cases • Troubleshoot and resolve complex operational issues across Billing and Collections • Provide hands-on operational support and capacity across the team • Support Billing and Collections Managers with transformation and implementation projects • Contribute to process improvements, documentation and standardisation • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system and process implementation, go-live activities and transition into business as usual • Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional stakeholders • Share knowledge and expertise across the team to support effective ways of working and consistent processes

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing and Collections • Strong working knowledge of NetSuite and Salesforce, with practical, hands-on experience across Billing and Collections • Solid understanding of the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process • Experience supporting transformation, process improvement or system implementation projects • Experience with reporting using Excel, Google Sheets and Looker • Hands-on experience with Billing and Collections operations, process documentation and standardisation • Experience supporting UAT and system or process implementation activities would be advantageous • Ability to quickly understand existing processes, work independently and provide effective operational support • Strong problem-solving skills with a practical and hands-on approach • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and balancing operational responsibilities with project priorities
