📋 Description

• Consult with stakeholders to identify, design, and curate learning solutions • Work with SME’s and learning managers to identify learning needs • Develop detailed storyboards, templates, and resources to enable the production of solutions (classroom, elearning, video etc…) • Manage projects end to end ensuring the successful delivery of projects • Partner with developers and vendors to enable learning solutions to be created

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrate outstanding stakeholder relationship skills, with the ability to work effectively with SME’s • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and meet critical deadlines. • Have experience designing blended learning programs, elearning courses, videos, animations, and other resources • Ideal candidates for this role will bring with them a Bachelor degree majoring in Instructional Design, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or Diploma of Training Design and Development.
