📋 Description

• Provide understanding and insights into business transformation, process and organisational design and change management to support the delivery of transformation projects impacting KPMG operations • Conduct detailed assessment of performance improvement opportunities aligned to our capabilities to deliver real transformation and automation with clear success measures • Facilitate teamwork and be part of a collaborative environment at all project steps ensuring opportunities for transformation are identified and provide insights to improved systems, processes, procedures and best practices • Articulating the value of transformation to both our clients and our people

🎯 Requirements

• Outstanding problem-solving skills, including ability to handle complex problems • Demonstrated experience in leading and facilitating workshops with a wide range of stakeholders • Ability to work with tight deadlines in a dynamic environment with strong attention to detail • Formal Lean Six Sigma Certification or relevant tertiary and professional qualifications desirable
