📋 Description

• Manage a central data and analytics team serving the audit business • Manage stakeholders and build strong relationships across the organization • Align product goals with strategic business goals • Review and hands-on develop complex routines • Ensure good customer service and quality management • Drive adoption of Alteryx, DataBricks, and other AI-infused technologies for audit routines • Support the audit practice with data and analytics technologies to increase audit quality, efficiency, and insights • Prioritize the team’s short- and long-term work • Stimulate agile ways of working with AI-infused solutions • Contribute to digital solutions supporting the full audit lifecycle, from data extraction and processing to automated procedures

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data & Analytics • Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business value • Experience with Alteryx • Experience with DataBricks • Experience with vibe coding • Interest in the latest AI developments • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Data and Analytics • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Good Dutch language skills are a distinct benefit • Entrepreneurial spirit and self-starter attitude • Agile way of working • Experience building low-code data and analytics routines • Previous experience in an audit/assurance role is advantageous but not essential
