📋 Description

• Conduct live learning sessions across beginner and advanced aptitude topics • Help students build confidence solving quantitative problems using mental maths • Review student performance and diagnose concept gaps, calculation speed issues, question misreading, or test anxiety • Design targeted interventions addressing specific student problems • Refine curriculum, projects, assessments, and classroom experiences based on student outcomes, hiring partner feedback, and industry expectations • Mentor students through doubt-solving sessions, assessments, and interview preparation • Help students improve aptitude-screen performance at top agencies and brands • Teach question-selection strategies for timed tests, including which questions to attempt, skip, or guess • Help students develop structured quantitative and analytical thinking • Collaborate with practitioners to challenge assumptions, solve business problems, and build learning experiences from first principles • Design question sets, conduct post-mock diagnoses, and redesign ineffective sessions

🎯 Requirements

• 3–8 years of hands-on experience teaching, training, or preparing students for aptitude assessments • Ability to teach non-math students without assuming prior knowledge • Experience designing original question sets with deliberate trap design • Diagnostic thinking to identify root causes from student error patterns • Ability to simplify complex concepts for beginners • Strong communication and presentation skills • Curiosity to continuously learn and improve
