📋 Description

• Support the Head of Compliance in approving assets and ensuring the Asset Listing process complies with regulatory requirements • Manage the policies and procedures inventory • Oversee delivery of PGSL’s Compliance Monitoring Plan • Manage the CBI correspondence log and associated regulatory scanning feeds • Assist in preparing compliance reports for Committee and Board meetings • Assist in delivering the annual PGSL Training Plan • Assist in maintaining PGSL’s AML/CFT Framework • Collaborate with the Head of Compliance on horizon scanning and implementing new regulatory requirements • Support ongoing compliance with applicable regulatory requirements • Assist in managing regulatory inquiries and examinations, including document and data retrieval • Identify and implement efficiencies and process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience delivering Compliance and AML/CFT plans with precision and speed • Ability to effectively manage tight deadlines and key stakeholder relationships • Practical knowledge of compliance and AML/CFT management techniques • Experience and/or passion for crypto preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills • 5+ years of experience in Compliance-related business functions • Strong knowledge of domestic and international regulations, particularly crypto regulations
