📋 Description

• Design and implement robust Rust services and libraries powering trading, payments, and crypto experiences • Write reusable, testable, efficient code for revenue-critical systems • Contribute to large-scale distributed systems architecture • Translate evolving product requirements into resilient, low-latency solutions • Collaborate with experienced Rust engineers in a high-performance engineering culture • Work with product teams to gather requirements and constraints • Own systems and libraries end to end

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience • Proficient in writing network services or asynchronous code in Rust • Security-first mindset during system design • Ability to autonomously debug issues across the OS, network, and application stack • Solid understanding of distributed systems, including RPC protocols, Kafka, and event-driven systems • Ability to collaborate with product teams to gather requirements and constraints • Ability to take complete end-to-end ownership of systems and libraries • Experience building B2B-focused products, ideally in fintech or crypto, is a nice-to-have • Must select a city and country of work location • Must disclose whether work sponsorship is needed • Must provide a resume and answer required role-related application questions
