📋 Description

• Manage a technology domain, specifically billing, for client projects • Support European clients through technology transformation and long-term migration projects • Manage relationships with client product owners and business owners • Serve as the first point of contact for technology development and escalation/resolution of domain or product issues • Act as the knowledge base for how Kraken works and how the Kraken Platform is delivered • Triage incoming requests and communicate client priorities internally • Summarize and articulate client needs, considerations, and timelines to support ongoing Kraken platform development • Support engineering teams in delivering product features • Challenge clients to adopt Kraken’s continuous iteration and deployment approach • Partner with Kraken technology and operational teams and client stakeholders • Bring technology, people, and processes together to improve client outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Strong client delivery and/or product ownership experience • Agile delivery experience • Experience of product management and customer journeys • Solid understanding of technology and associated trends • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills • Strong influencing skills and ability to challenge traditional ways of thinking • Experience working with significant complex delivery pipelines for clients • Patience and initiative • Time management and a get-stuff-done attitude • Consulting experience is a plus • Fluent English and Danish required • Right to work in the country of application; visa sponsorship is not available • C1-level English fluency • C1/fluent Danish • Industry experience in energy or other utilities • Experience with billing or payment products
