📋 Description

• Build robust, fault-tolerant software using Python, Django, GraphQL, Celery, and PostgreSQL • Apply architectural knowledge to solve complex domain-modeling challenges • Drive large milestones, direction, cadence, and technical trade-offs • Connect the team with related teams on cross-functional projects • Communicate technical points clearly to stakeholders across technical-literacy levels • Set engineering standards through code and actions • Ensure features and rollouts are thoroughly documented • Sponsor and mentor engineers • Collaborate on technology that optimizes renewable generation, improves grid intelligence, and helps utilities deliver exceptional customer experiences

🎯 Requirements

• Strong engineering skills with ability to make cross-team and organizational impacts • Python and Django (or equivalent web framework) • Domain modeling and architectural design • GraphQL • Writing robust and fault-tolerant software • Celery and asynchronous processing • PostgreSQL • AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes are bonus qualifications • Experience with one or more frontend frameworks is a bonus • Must have the right to work in Japan at the time of application • Visa sponsorship is unavailable • English and Japanese language proficiency must be provided in the application
