📋 Description

• Provide accurate consecutive interpretation primarily for medical settings • Interpret for social services, customer care, and financial clients • Begin with over-the-phone interpretation (OPI) • Progress to video remote interpretation (VRI) and potentially core staff roles • Maintain complete impartiality and confidentiality • Meet monthly minimum interpreted-minute requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 6–12+ months of experience in remote medical interpretation • C1 English level demonstrated through EF SET 4-Skill, TOEFL, or CAE • ALTA (9+) or LanguageStat/PICSI (75%–80%+) certification issued within the last 12 months preferred • Mastery of medical and customer service terminology • HIPAA and FWA certified, or willing to obtain certification • Clean background check • Hardwired Ethernet connection; no Wi-Fi • USB noise-canceling headset • Windows 10 or newer with at least 4GB RAM • Private, quiet workspace • Ability to work in Latin America • Ability to work weekends may be requested in the application
