📋 Description

• Provide counseling to children, adolescents, and young adults under 25 who are experiencing problems and worries • Provide meaningful support that empowers people to help themselves • Encourage and promote solution-focused thinking among chat users • Work with other counselors in freely selectable two-hour shifts • Make use of available team members and resources to ensure a safe counseling environment • Complete comprehensive onboarding that can be scheduled flexibly • Deliver crisis counseling fully remotely and with flexible hours

🎯 Requirements

• Completed bachelor’s degree in psychology, or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an additional qualification or extensive counseling experience (mandatory internships do not qualify) • Psychotherapists in training or qualified in procedures recognized under German psychotherapy regulations • Physicians with an additional qualification in psychotherapy • Teachers and educators with additional counseling experience • Social workers and social pedagogues with state recognition • Other comparable backgrounds may also be considered following an individual review, provided they include extensive psychosocial counseling experience • PC or laptop for counseling sessions • Mobile phone for signing up on the platform • Basic proficiency with digital tools • German language skills at C2 level, demonstrable if required • Commitment to taking at least two chat shifts per month • Participation in supervision
