• Conduct the teaching, marking, assessment and monitoring of Flexible Open Distance Education (FODE) Curriculum • Oversee and set student targets • Establish and maintain a positive learning environment • Motivate and monitor students • Research, prepare and customise learning materials • Maintain accurate records of students’ attendance and assessment • Communicate records to school’s Principal and Project Management
• Bachelor degree of Education – Secondary Education ESSENTIAL • Full teaching registration obtained ESSENTIAL • Minimum 5 years teaching experience HIGHLY DESIRED • Current vocational skills and knowledge for vocational training and education programs • Ability to research, select and use a wide range of teaching and assessment strategies • High level of communication, mentoring and interpersonal skills • Knowledge of current issues in the TVET sector.
