📋 Description

• Lead teams on complex projects, providing guidance and mentoring to team members • Propose and implement strategies to improve internal data science processes and practices • Determine when a model is ready for production and define how it should be monitored • Develop end-to-end AI models using statistics, machine learning, and deep learning • Collect and prepare data and perform feature engineering • Implement and optimize supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms • Package models into robust, user-friendly, and well-documented APIs • Collect, process, and analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data • Create visualizations to clarify decisions and communicate model quality • Facilitate communication across departments and multidisciplinary teams • Work directly with clients and partners to gather technical requirements, define architectures, and present results • Stay current with trends and advances in data science and AI • Coordinate Research and Development efforts to drive innovation

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience leading projects and technical teams • Proficiency in Python (preferred), R, SQL, and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn • Development experience in a Linux environment • Practical application of statistical methods and machine learning algorithms to solve complex problems • Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Matplotlib, or Seaborn • Familiarity with Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL (a plus) • Previous experience coordinating R&D efforts (a plus) • Ability to translate technical limitations into business solutions for clients (a plus)
