📋 Description

• Manage trade show and conference participation, including booth logistics, swag, sponsorships, and marketing coordination • Plan and execute hosted events, including the multi-day Partner Summit for ISO and agent partners • Manage venues, agendas, exhibitors, and attendee experience • Produce virtual events and webinars from setup through post-event follow-up • Partner with HR to support internal events, offsite meetings, and company-wide meetings • Coordinate event promotion with marketing and communications • Manage invitations, exhibitor and sponsor asset guides, partner incentive campaigns, and post-show follow-up • Maintain the annual events calendar aligned with sales and marketing priorities • Track budgets, manage vendor relationships, and report event performance and ROI • Manage event communications across email, social media, and website content

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B event management experience • Proven track record managing multiple events simultaneously • Experience running a multi-day hosted conference, including exhibitor and sponsor management • Experience owning event budgets; six figures preferred • Experience building and managing an event registration and mobile app platform • Strong project management skills; ability to build timelines and meet them • Comfortable with webinar platforms such as GoToWebinar or similar tools • Clear, professional written and verbal communication • Ability to travel for trade shows, partner events, and on-site event execution • Background in fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS is a bonus • Familiarity with channel or partner programs, such as ISO/agent networks, is a bonus • Experience with event registration and mobile app platforms such as Eventmobi is a bonus • Exposure to Zoho or Salesforce is a bonus
