📋 Description

• Support and ensure Agroservice activities • Conduct and assist in product management activities, including observation and evaluation of local and external variety trials • Perform sampling activities in collaboration with the supervisor • Report observations and results and transfer knowledge to the supervisor • Organize and manage internal local and international variety trial systems • Cooperate with local and foreign trial providers and conduct quality analysis • Support organization of and represent KWS at regional events • Implement product-specific and local practical trials with product management and sales teams • Provide technical and seed transport support to the supervisor and sales team • Build and maintain networks with internal and external stakeholders, associations, and consultants • Monitor and analyze competitor activities, assess portfolios, and identify differentiating features • Prepare local technical articles based on field observations and current issues

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Agriculture, Biology or related areas • Fluency in both Slovak and English language • Driver's license B • Willingness to travel within Slovakia around 75% • Advanced MS Office knowledge, especially Excel • Comprehensive cross-crop, arable farming knowledge • Strong time management, organizational, and communication abilities • Detail-oriented with a precise and accurate approach to field observations • Self-driven and proactive mindset • Ability to work in a team as well as independently, adaptable and flexible
