📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and functional requirements • Analyze and model business processes; recommend improvements using Creatio’s tools • Configure and customize Creatio applications using low-code/no-code tools • Support full project lifecycle from requirements through testing and deployment • Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases • Work closely with developers, QA, and solution architects to ensure alignment • Conduct UAT sessions and end-user training • Maintain system documentation and knowledge base articles • Serve as an advocate for no-code best practices within the broader Creatio ecosystem

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in CRM or BPM systems • 1+ year hands-on experience with Creatio platform (CRM or Studio version) • Strong understanding of business process management (BPMN), CRM principles, and workflow automation • Experience in eliciting requirements, writing specifications, and facilitating workshops • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management practices • Basic understanding of low-code development and Creatio’s no-code configuration tools • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
