📋 Description

• Work in a cross-functional team with product managers, analysts, and developers on a high-load telecom platform • Manage testing: planning, test scenario design, execution, follow-up, and control • Perform API and integration testing across microservices • Perform performance and load testing • Automate tests and support existing test builds • Perform regression testing • Prepare testing reports and documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant working experience as a QA Engineer with a backend focus • Strong backend testing experience, including end-to-end data flow verification between services, databases, and message brokers • Knowledge of automation tools and Java/TypeScript integrated into CI pipelines • Performance testing experience, including load profiles, test execution, and interpreting latency, throughput, and error rates • Requirements analysis skills • Experience composing test strategies and test plans • Knowledge of test design techniques • Knowledge of testing methodologies • SQL knowledge, including complex queries with joins and aggregations and data integrity checks • Linux/UNIX command line experience, including log analysis and basic Bash • Practical Git skills, including branching, merging, and code review • Experience with MOCK-SERVER or a similar dependency-isolation tool • Knowledge of TCP and HTTP • Understanding of client-server and microservices architectures, inter-service communication, failure points, and idempotency • Knowledge of Postman, IntelliJ IDEA, Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence, Zephyr), GitLab, Jenkins, Kibana, and Grafana • Higher technical education or equivalent relevant experience • Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment in close collaboration with the development team • Excellent analytical skills and critical mindset • Strong communication and troubleshooting skills • English spoken and written at intermediate level or higher • Nice to have: Telecom domain experience, including billing, charging, or provisioning • Nice to have: Kafka or RabbitMQ • Nice to have: Docker and Kubernetes • Nice to have: High-load systems experience
