📋 Description

• Configure Oracle HCM Cloud with focus on Oracle Learning • Upload and validate SCORM packages • Design and develop reports using OTBI BI Publisher (~20–30 reports) • Perform data migration using HDL / HSDL • Analyse: Legacy Learning data structures • Business Analysis in SAP SuccessFactors (Data Extraction Scope)

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Learning preferred) • Hands-on experience in: Learning configuration (catalogue, enrolment, workflows) • Reporting using OTBI / BI Publisher • Data migration using HDL • Strong understanding of: Employee / non-worker lifecycle • Learning processes and business flows • Business Analysis & Data Migration (Mandatory) • Experience with: Data extraction from legacy systems (preferably SAP SuccessFactors) • Data mapping and transformation • Data validation and reconciliation • Ability to: Analyse source data structures • Translate business/data requirements into migration logic
