📋 Description

• Notify investigator sites, sponsors, and affiliates of laboratory results, sponsor-determined flags, and test cancellations according to the Statement of Work • Monitor, track, and resolve accession holds and inform the Supervisor and associated Project Manager of delays • Update databases with appropriate information and inform personnel of additional testing needs • Support sites and sponsors with project-related questions via phone and email • Adhere to management communications, meetings, and Standard Operating Procedures • Assist with implementation of global processes and procedures • Track and report metrics within agreed timelines • Document and resolve service failures, escalating incomplete resolutions to management • Act as a liaison for internal and external clients • Communicate investigator site needs during policy and procedure discussions • Prioritize patient safety and promptly address and escalate safety issues • Explore investigator needs before implementing new processes and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• High school degree • 6 months or more of experience in customer service • Fluency in English and German • Self-motivated with strong verbal communication skills • Attention to detail and good organizational skills • Team player with an ability to work independently • Ability to handle multiple tasks and multiple distractions while maintaining a professional manner • Ability to work from 10AM to 7PM CET or other hours if required
