📋 Description

• Supervise day-to-day operations of assigned customer or functional team members and ensure appropriate resource allocation • Manage workload balance within assigned teams and participate in resource management across global teams • Ensure consistent implementation, use, and review of SOPs • Coordinate and monitor progress toward team goals • Implement, monitor, and report performance metrics and take corrective action • Participate in departmental strategy execution • Develop team workforce capability and establish, monitor, and evaluate performance objectives • Manage direct-report activities and outcomes, including corrective actions • Monitor and resolve customer complaints, issues, concerns, and service failures • Document issues and implement preventative actions to avoid recurrence • Ensure best practices in budget and risk management and maintain accurate workload and timeline systems • Lead client relationship activities and manage customer milestones and communications • Consult with customers to understand needs, success definitions, and service impacts • Collaborate across CLS functions and Business Units to remove barriers and optimize client delivery • Lead centralized onboarding, mentoring, and coaching for Study Design Leads • Facilitate cross-team mentoring groups and learning communities • Promote collaboration, networking, and continuous learning • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • 3 or more years of experience in clinical research in a client facing role • 1 or more years of experience in Central Laboratory Services • 1 or more years of experience in coaching or mentoring peers • Fluency in English • Demonstrates advanced customer service expertise and a strong commitment to client satisfaction • Delivers excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication • Brings strong planning, organizational, and analytical problem-solving capabilities • Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and enhance operational efficiency • Shows a high degree of initiative and thrives in collaborative team environments • Experienced in team building, influencing stakeholders, and resolving conflicts effectively • Maintains a consistent record of successfully completing projects and meeting objectives • Applies strong change-management skills to guide teams through evolving priorities • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in life science, medical, scientific, technical, or laboratory related discipline • Preferred: 1 or more years of people leadership experience
