📋 Description

• Work with order management, revenue, and corporate finance teams to understand deal structures and ensure customer billing schedules and invoices are correctly created in SaaSOptics • Work with customers and the Labelbox sales team to resolve billing and collections issues • Review aged receivables weekly and provide feedback on past-due accounts • Report weekly invoicing totals, aging totals, cash receipts, and invoice adjustments • Process software subscriptions to generate bookings, billings, and revenue • Implement the dunning process in QuickBooks Online • Create and streamline billing and collections processes • Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc forecasting reports • Assist with general financial management and analysis • Assist the accounting team with month-end accruals and account reconciliations • Report to the Senior Accounting Manager

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4-5 years of accounts receivable experience (more preferred) • General experience in expense accounting and categorization preferred • Experience with end-to-end Accounts Receivable • Intermediate knowledge of accounting practices • Experience with ERP systems, particularly QuickBooks Online and SaaSOptics, preferred • Software/SaaS billing experience • Ability to work with sales teams and educate them on accounts receivable policies • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, including pivot tables and lookups • Strong organizational, teamwork, and time management skills • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality • Ability to maintain confidentiality, customer service, professionalism, and integrity • Ability to multitask and respond to requests in a timely manner • Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills • Comfort with deadlines and continued completion of them
