📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, accessible, and compassionate psychiatric care through telemedicine • Conduct accurate diagnoses and provide appropriate treatment while respecting each patient’s individuality • Build trust in remote care by conducting consultations with rigor and empathy • Act in accordance with the organization’s values, maintaining a conduct focused on care outcomes • Record and keep essential patient information up to date in the medical record • Represent the organization by providing care based on scientific evidence and best practices • Provide comprehensive patient care, building therapeutic relationships and addressing biopsychosocial needs • Ensure continuity of medical care through implementation of the care plan • Manage the appointment schedule appropriately, fulfilling the contracted working hours and number of consultations

🎯 Requirements

• Medical degree with a completed residency in Psychiatry • Active registration with the Regional Medical Council (CRM) • Previous experience in home-based care or community health will be an asset • Specialization in Geriatrics will be an asset • Passion for promoting patients’ self-care and independence • Strong communication and empathy skills • Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams • Proactive approach to identifying solutions that promote patients’ quality of life and functional ability
