📋 Description

• Manage Laminar’s IT security systems and identify and close cybersecurity risks • Mature security systems and ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices • Align security practices with ISO 27001 and SOC2 accreditations • Own Laminar’s IT-related policies and business rules • Manage software, hardware, and infrastructure • Establish SLAs for user support • Lead and coordinate the IT team • Deliver high-quality IT support across all departments • Identify and mitigate IT security risks and close system gaps • Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and SOC2 standards and regulations • Develop and maintain a high-performing IT department

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in IT security • Experience solving complex business problems • Knowledge of cybersecurity risk identification and mitigation • Knowledge of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and security best practices • Familiarity with ISO 27001 and SOC2 • Ability to manage IT policies and business rules • Ability to manage software, hardware, and infrastructure • Ability to establish SLAs for user support • Leadership and coordination of an IT team
