• Identify expensive, unglamorous problems faced by construction industry participants • Shape, defend, and own a core part of Shape.Construction's product direction • Build software products that transform construction project delivery • Develop tools that capture site activity as it happens • Turn raw construction-site signals into structured, trustworthy records • Help commercial and project leadership make decisions, defend positions, and protect project margins • Measure product success by whether customers are genuinely better off
