📋 Description

• Plan, develop, deploy, and continuously perform technical support activities for ICT users and infrastructure support services • Develop, maintain, and enhance scripts, routines, and automation tools for operational tasks, provisioning, deployments, configurations, and backups • Implement and administer Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines • Use configuration management tools to standardize environments and ensure consistency and traceability • Administer and automate container-based environments using Docker, Kubernetes, and related tools • Automate the creation, configuration, scaling, and management of on-premises and/or cloud-based servers, clusters, and infrastructure resources • Administer and optimize DevOps platforms • Monitor environment performance and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and cost reduction • Diagnose and resolve incidents in production environments, prevent recurrence, and minimize impact • Implement and maintain observability, monitoring, logging, and metrics practices • Ensure environment security through access controls, encryption, credential management, and security policies • Conduct solution testing and validation • Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams • Promote a culture of automation, continuous integration, and continuous delivery • Prepare and maintain up-to-date technical documentation • Participate in defining architectures and automation strategies for modernization and digital transformation • Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies • Support governance, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT) or a related field • Proven experience in critical, high-availability corporate environments • Experience collaborating with development teams to integrate DevOps practices • Demonstrated experience automating infrastructure using Ansible and/or Terraform • Experience deploying systems in a scalable and resilient manner using Docker and Kubernetes • Experience developing and executing application migration plans to Kubernetes • Ability to troubleshoot infrastructure-related technical issues in Kubernetes environments • ITIL 4 training with a minimum duration of 12 hours • Official ITIL 4 Foundation certification or higher • Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certification • Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD) course or equivalent • Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist (CKS) course or equivalent • Strong experience with DevOps practices, infrastructure automation, CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes, Docker, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), monitoring, observability, and information security • Knowledge of cloud platforms, automation tools, configuration management, and agile methodologies will be considered an advantage
