📋 Description

• Serve as the Meta subject-matter expert for the Account Management and Implementation teams. • Diagnose and resolve blocked numbers, quality rating drops, and rejected templates. • Advise clients and agencies on campaigns and best practices. • Turn knowledge into training materials and enablement sessions for the team. • Support well-configured campaigns and the maintenance of a healthy WhatsApp channel.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with the WhatsApp Business API, including numbers, templates, quality ratings, and messaging limits. • Experience with Meta Business Manager, including permissions, business verification, and resolving restrictions and blocks. • Knowledge of Meta campaigns. • Experience troubleshooting technical issues. • Clear communication skills to explain technical topics to non-technical clients and colleagues from other departments. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple requests simultaneously and prioritize them based on urgency. • Ability to document processes and create training materials. • Nice to have: experience in the real estate market; experience at a performance marketing agency or working with multiple advertisers; experience with WhatsApp Business solution providers; experience in Customer Success, technical support, or implementation; knowledge of SQL or BI tools; and experience creating training programs or knowledge bases.
