📋 Description

• Scope, build, and ship customer implementation requests end to end • Build bundle builders with conditional pricing, custom PDP modules, loyalty-gated collections, segmented campaigns, and personalized feeds • Transform Shopify product, variant, and collection metafields and metaobject entries into working mobile app UI • Lead new customer launches by auditing Shopify setups, mapping custom data, configuring initial apps, and shipping live launches in roughly 2–3 weeks • Own long-term technical relationships for onboarded customer accounts • Execute builds within each customer's existing brand system, including colors, typography, spacing, and tone • Triage the customer request queue and prioritize work with customers and the internal CS team • Convert recurring problems into documented internal playbooks • Surface recurring customer requests to leadership as concrete product gaps • Collaborate with customers through Slack, support platforms, and live calls

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years of software engineering experience • 2+ years shipping React Native in production, including navigation, native modules, performance debugging, and iOS/Android platform differences • 2+ years working deeply inside the Shopify ecosystem • Production experience building metafield- and metaobject-driven UI, including definitions, namespaces, ownership models, and storefront access • Hands-on production experience with Shopify Admin API (GraphQL) and Storefront API, including schema traversal, pagination, and throttling • Comfortable reading and writing Liquid fluently • Experience modifying or building production Online Store 2.0 themes, including sections, blocks, dynamic sources, and app blocks • Production experience with TypeScript, React, and Node in customer-facing products • Design-literate; comfortable reading Figma files and extracting brand tokens • Ability to build inside an existing visual system • Comfortable communicating with customers daily through Slack and the support platform • Clear written communication for Slack updates, Loom walkthroughs, and email • Fluent or professional working proficiency in English for client-facing conversations • Nice to have: background at a Shopify Partner agency, Shopify implementation shop, or Shopify app company • Nice to have: familiarity with Shopify Plus tooling, Functions, Checkout Extensibility, Flow, B2B, and Markets • Nice to have: working knowledge of Klaviyo, Attentive, Recharge, Rebuy, Yotpo, Loop, Gorgias, Okendo, or similar tools • Nice to have: exposure to Hydrogen, Oxygen, or Next.js storefronts • Nice to have: deep Figma fluency
