📋 Description

• Lead discovery workshops with senior client stakeholders • Define project problems, use cases, success criteria, and measurable outcomes • Own each engagement's path from discovery through delivery and toward a business outcome • Manage technical, commercial, relationship, and delivery fronts • Drive decisions, coordinate stakeholders, and follow through on delivery • Control scope and evaluate change requests • Use versioned delivery to protect project outcomes • Drive early measurable wins and maintain visibility from proof of concept to production • Manage sponsors, expectations, steering committees, customer forums, and demos • Decide when to absorb client pressure and when to communicate it to the team • Surface margin, billability, and expansion signals with business context • Run several client engagements simultaneously

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in customer-facing roles • 5+ years owning client engagements end to end, from discovery through delivery • Experience in AI or software services • Background as a delivery lead, engagement manager, solutions consultant, product manager, or similar • Track record of running discovery with senior stakeholders and turning it into executable projects • Experience owning client-work scope; commercial ownership ideally preferred • Experience running several projects in parallel • Knowledge of modern AI, including GenAI and classical ML, sufficient to engage with engineers and client CTOs • Fluent English, written and spoken • Ability to translate between business and technical audiences
