📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET (C#) and React/JavaScript • Build responsive front-end experiences and reliable back-end services • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services • Leverage AI coding assistants and agentic workflows throughout the development lifecycle • Review, debug, test, and validate AI-generated code to ensure quality, security, and maintainability • Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to design and deliver new features • Participate in code reviews and follow established development standards • Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize application performance • Maintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives • Stay current with emerging technologies, development practices, and AI-powered engineering tools • Complete a recorded screening questionnaire, a one-hour technical exercise, and multiple interviews as part of the recruitment process

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development • Strong proficiency in .NET (C#) and experience developing back-end applications • Solid front-end development skills with React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS • Hands-on professional experience using AI coding assistants and/or agentic development tools to build, debug, and improve software • Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs • Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases and data modeling • Proficiency with Git and version control workflows • Understanding of web application security best practices • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to adapt to new technologies and continuously develop technical skills • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience) is nice to have • Experience customizing AI development workflows, including custom prompts, tool integrations, or multi-agent systems is nice to have • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is nice to have • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization technologies is nice to have • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is nice to have • Candidates must provide 2–3 professional references from previous supervisors, managers, or team leaders before the formal offer is issued
