📋 Description

• Deliver insights and reports that influence product prioritization, assessments, and business recommendations • Partner with product managers, researchers, and business stakeholders • Nurture a data-driven culture through interactive reports, self-serve datasets, documentation, and training • Conduct marketplace analyses, including A/B tests and multivariate models on retention or ETA • Create and maintain trusted, organized, actionable dashboards and reporting systems • Build clean, documented datasets and models in the data warehouse using dbt • Define and standardize trusted metrics across teams • Enable stakeholders to answer routine questions through self-serve reporting • Identify decisions changed by analysis and connect metrics to business, product, customer, and financial outcomes • Act as an autonomous individual contributor and trusted thought partner without people-management responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced SQL • Intermediate Python or R • Experience with A/B testing and multivariate modeling • Experience with retention or ETA analysis • Experience creating and maintaining dashboards and reporting systems • Experience with dbt for data transformation and modeling • Ability to create clean, documented datasets in a data warehouse • Daily use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot • Ability to work autonomously as a trusted thought partner • Ability to collaborate with product managers, researchers, and business stakeholders • Business-focused analytical approach • English resume required • Ability to work with US-facing partners and overlap hours
