⢠Managing the complete life cycle of the mortgage process, including originations, processing, underwriting, secondary markets, closing, post closing, and warehouse management ⢠Developing processes and procedures, training, and managing all levels of personnel ⢠Extensive experience in the mortgage lending industry, with a strong understanding of various mortgage products such as FHA/VA, USDA, CONV, JUMBO, Non-QM, State Bond, and HELOC ⢠Building business rules and online portals for brokers, loan officers, and borrowers
đŻ Requirements
⢠10+ years of experience in the mortgage lending industry ⢠Strong specialty in digital HELOC products ⢠Extensive knowledge of the complete mortgage process, including originations, processing, underwriting, secondary markets, closing, post closing, and warehouse management ⢠Experience developing processes and procedures, training, and managing all levels of personnel ⢠Experience with operating systems such as Encompass, Integra, Fiserv, Floify, BeSmartee, and Blink+ ⢠Ability to build business rules and online portals for brokers, loan officers, and borrowers ⢠NMLS licensed
