📋 Description

• Managing the complete life cycle of the mortgage process, including originations, processing, underwriting, secondary markets, closing, post closing, and warehouse management • Developing processes and procedures, training, and managing all levels of personnel • Extensive experience in the mortgage lending industry, with a strong understanding of various mortgage products such as FHA/VA, USDA, CONV, JUMBO, Non-QM, State Bond, and HELOC • Building business rules and online portals for brokers, loan officers, and borrowers

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the mortgage lending industry • Strong specialty in digital HELOC products • Extensive knowledge of the complete mortgage process, including originations, processing, underwriting, secondary markets, closing, post closing, and warehouse management • Experience developing processes and procedures, training, and managing all levels of personnel • Experience with operating systems such as Encompass, Integra, Fiserv, Floify, BeSmartee, and Blink+ • Ability to build business rules and online portals for brokers, loan officers, and borrowers • NMLS licensed
