📋 Description

• Conduct technical SEO and GEO optimization • Audit websites for technical issues and optimization opportunities • Optimize website and URL structures for search engines and AI systems • Ensure crawling and indexing by search engines and AI systems • Analyze brand perception in AI models and identify visibility opportunities • Develop initiatives to strengthen digital reputation • Create PR content and AI-optimized company profiles for LinkedIn, Google, and other relevant platforms • Analyze keywords, search intent, and topic opportunities using AI • Develop content strategies, editorial calendars, and author briefs • Create, revise, and optimize SEO- and GEO-optimized content • Coordinate copywriting and support search engine- and AI-friendly implementation • Analyze visibility and traffic from search engines and AI systems • Measure performance using Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and Analytics • Evaluate results, identify optimization opportunities, and derive actionable recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in online marketing • Strong knowledge of SEO, particularly keyword research, on-page optimization, and content optimization • Understanding of how traditional search engines and generative AI search systems work • Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, or Semrush • Experience analyzing performance and optimizing content and rankings based on data • Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset • Strong communication skills and a structured approach to work • German proficiency at least C1; excellent writing skills are essential • English proficiency at least B2 • Experience in B2B marketing, ideally in the IT sector (nice to have) • Initial experience with GEO for improving visibility in AI-powered search systems (nice to have) • Availability for communication during the CET (Berlin) time zone, with a maximum deviation of +/- 2 hours
