📋 Description

• Build, update, and maintain financial models and supporting files for budgets, forecasts, and ad-hoc analyses • Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial model inputs • Analyze historical financials and KPIs to support team conclusions • Support scenario and sensitivity analyses • Analyze OPEX and G&A costs and track evolution against budget • Flag cost deviations early • Build and maintain people cost models covering headcount, compensation, and workforce-related spend • Support planning and monitoring of cost initiatives across business units • Prepare and update files and data for the monthly FP&A reporting pack • Reconcile data between SAP, Qlik, and FP&A models monthly • Build and maintain Qlik financial dashboards comparing actuals versus budget • Partner with Business Intelligence to advance automation and improve FP&A data flows • Contribute to scalable, efficient, and accurate FP&A processes • Develop knowledge of business operations, processes, and challenges through stakeholder collaboration • Take on increasing business partnering responsibilities and translate financial analysis into insights for non-financial teams • Suggest improvements to FP&A files, models, and processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field • Around 3 years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, Consulting, Corporate M&A, Private Equity, or a similar analytical role • Experience building or maintaining financial models, budget files, or cost analyses • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling • Agility working with BI tools such as Qlik and Power BI • Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP is a plus • Solid understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow dynamics • Ability to work with large datasets and reconcile information from multiple sources • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail • Problem-solving mindset • Proactivity and ownership • Ability to communicate financial information clearly, including to non-financial stakeholders • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and managing multiple priorities • Excellent team player, coordinating closely with the FP&A team and CFO • Fluent in English, written and spoken • Spanish proficiency is highly valued
