📋 Description

• Build and maintain a state-of-the-art digital analytics program across multiple web platforms and thousands of sites • Provide digital analytics insights to understand customer journeys and optimize websites for customer success • Oversee data collection with LeadVenture digital intelligence systems • Steward data transformation and third-party integration with a Tag Management System • Work with the Analytics Team Lead, Product Owner, data lake engineers, and stakeholders across Marketing, Operations, Sales, and IT • Participate actively on a full-time remote agile team • Serve as the subject matter expert for tracking and analytics tooling • Design, build, test, monitor, and provide quality assurance for the web data layer and web tags/pixels • Collaborate with web developers, data engineers, and IT on tracking implementation, data collection, and multichannel data integration • Analyze business requirements and educate stakeholders on digital analytics • Map core and enterprise tracking to third-party agencies • Troubleshoot missing or misconfigured tagging for reporting and analysis • Maintain the Tag Management platform, releases, and enhancements supporting business processes and goals • Guide the development team to build according to the designed architecture • Build relationships with directors, internal leadership, and external customers to ensure system architecture meets expectations

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS experience with websites and SPAs • 3+ years of experience with digital analytics and tool administration systems such as Google Analytics and Piwik • 3+ years of experience using a Tag Management Platform such as Google Tag Manager, Adobe DTM, or Tealium • Understanding of data layer concepts, data modeling and governance, digital analytics implementation, and event handling via the DOM event model • Experience with jQuery, Regular Expressions, and HTML/CSS selectors • Excellent browser debugging skills and experience with debugging tools for websites and SPAs • Basic familiarity with SEO, SEM, and Email Marketing • Strong data interpretation and communication skills; ability to summarize and present complex findings clearly to technical and management audiences • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities • Initiative and ability to work with little oversight • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Ability to manage time, priorities, and multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Familiarity with JS frameworks • Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), such as Agile • Familiarity with ETL and data modeling in an AWS Data Lake environment preferred • Familiarity with data visualization and BI tools including Power BI, Tableau, or Amazon QuickSight • Ability to work effectively in onsite, remote, or hybrid environments using video conferencing and collaboration tools • Professional on-camera presence and proactive communication practices
