📋 Description

• Build reliable production AI products from raw LLM capabilities • Work on agent orchestration, context engineering, memory management, retrieval, and evaluation • Collaborate with software engineers and product teams • Optimize quality, latency, and cost trade-offs • Own the evaluation and guardrails system for reliability and safety • Own the context engineering system • Identify and implement opportunities to continuously improve the AI product • Help develop lemlist’s AI-native agentic system for prospecting and pipeline generation

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software development or data science, engineering production systems using modern programming languages • Deep knowledge of LLM architecture, prompting, context engineering, and vector database workflows • Hands-on experience building agentic systems, using orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, Agno, Mastra, custom), and running evaluations • Entrepreneurial experience is a real plus • Entrepreneurial mindset; proactive, resilient, and accountable • User-centric approach and enthusiasm for real-world AI product impact • Deep curiosity for the AI space • Comfort working in a high-speed, high-ambiguity environment • Experience improving agentic coding tool setup (Claude Code, Codex, etc.)
