📋 Description

• Manage and supervise the shift organizational unit according to defined objectives and KPIs • Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to improved service delivery • Ensure adherence to standards, governance, and process execution • Lead direct reports • Plan regular team activity to cover all activity stages and incoming requests • Define team members’ objectives, tasks, and responsibilities • Provide instructions, monitor performance, and evaluate results • Identify training and development needs and support professional development • Improve team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management, and personal growth • Comply with legal, internal, safety, environmental, and OPEX standards • Report risks and opportunities to leadership • Ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to financial targets and results • Use company materials and resources efficiently • Maintain order and cleanliness

🎯 Requirements

• University degree • Minimum of 3 years' experience, ideally with leadership background • French and English language skills • Microsoft Office proficiency • Conflict management skills • Feedback skills • Moderation skills • Negotiation skills • Presentation skills • Problem-solving techniques • Project management skills • Compliance with relevant legal, internal, safety, and environmental standards • Ability to meet deadlines and quality requirements
