📋 Description

• Contribute to the preparation of the internal audit plan and take responsibility for its implementation • Independently prepare and conduct risk-based and process-oriented audits • Constructively assess the efficiency of workflows and business processes and identify opportunities for optimization • Serve as a point of contact for specialist departments and executive management • Coordinate the partially outsourced Internal Audit function and external service providers • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements during audits • Prepare audit opinions and issue internal audit reports • Further develop the audit methodologies used and the department

🎯 Requirements

• Completed banking apprenticeship or a university degree with additional qualifications in business administration • Several years of professional experience in internal audit and/or external audit • Sound general knowledge of banking and/or leasing law • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills • Solution-oriented, cross-functional approach • Strong communication skills • Professional demeanor • Ability to work independently and organize work effectively
