📋 Description

• Handle incoming photography requests for weddings, proposals, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and events. • Prepare quotes, follow up with customers in a personable manner, and close bookings. • Select suitable photographers from our nationwide network across Germany. • Coordinate schedules and provide photographers with reliable shoot briefings. • Manage the entire workflow—from scheduling and online galleries to forwarding customers’ image selections to the retouching team. • Find fast, pragmatic solutions for rescheduled appointments, cancellations, or last-minute customer requests. • Maintain internal overviews, spreadsheets, and tools. • Proactively optimize recurring processes.

🎯 Requirements

• You are looking for a several-month mandatory internship as part of your studies or vocational training (e.g., business administration, media/event management, communications, or a related field). • You enjoy communicating directly with customers and service providers via chat, email, and phone, and always strike the right tone. • You can keep track of deadlines, to-dos, and responses even when managing numerous projects in parallel. • You work independently, think proactively, and take a hands-on, solution-oriented approach. • Excellent written and spoken German. • Basic English skills are an advantage. • Short application including your résumé, preferred internship period, and proof from your academic regulations that the internship is mandatory.
