📋 Description

• Act as a trusted advisor, product expert, and legal workflow specialist • Work with law firms and legal teams to adopt, integrate, and optimise AI-powered legal workflows • Support sales teams by demonstrating solution value and shaping client solutions • Support Account Managers by driving adoption, expansion, retention, and long-term client success • Deliver product demonstrations, use cases, and client-specific scenarios • Integrate Lexis+ with Protégé and Protégé Workflows into research, drafting, document review, and knowledge management processes • Analyse client processes and design optimised AI-enabled workflows • Configure Protégé Workflows to meet firm-specific needs and standards • Identify inefficiencies and recommend scalable improvements • Monitor client usage and encourage effective, expanded use • Design and deliver client onboarding and training programmes • Support RFPs, pitches, workshops, renewals, upsell, and cross-sell activities • Represent customer feedback internally and collaborate with product and development teams • Support new feature testing and measure and communicate ROI and value delivered

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree (Master’s, LLM, or equivalent) • Qualification as a lawyer or solicitor preferred • Experience in a top-tier or international law firm, or an in-house legal team • Strong understanding of legal workflows and law firm operations • Demonstrated interest in or experience with legal tech, AI, or innovation • Practical experience implementing AI in a law firm or corporate legal team • Strong business acumen and understanding of the legal services market • Experience working with clients in a consultative, solution-oriented environment • Ability to support pre-sales cycles and drive post-sales growth • Ability to identify value drivers, upsell opportunities, and client expansion potential • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including with senior stakeholders • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Ability to translate complex legal and technical concepts into clear, actionable insights • Collaborative mindset and strong relationship-building skills • Fluency in English; French is a plus, depending on the region
