📋 Description

• Report directly to the Social Media Team Lead, providing regular updates on content performance, campaign execution, and market-specific initiatives in Thailand. • Manage and grow social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube in Thailand. • Create and publish Thai-language content, including short-form videos, YouTube videos, carousels, stories, and educational posts. • Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with Thai public holidays, local events, product launches, F1 moments, and regional trading trends. • Collaborate with affiliate and partner teams on co-branded campaigns and shareable content assets for the Thai market. • Monitor Thai trading communities, social media groups, forums, and fintech platforms to identify engagement and organic growth opportunities. • Ensure content complies with brand guidelines, local regulatory requirements, and compliance approval processes. • Track, analyze, and report monthly social media performance and KPIs. • Adapt global campaigns and creative assets to Thailand’s cultural context, language, audience preferences, and market dynamics. • Stay current with social media trends, algorithm changes, emerging content formats, and Thailand’s digital and trading communities. • Coordinate with designers, motion designers, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality creative assets. • Manage daily community engagement in Thai, respond to comments and messages, address questions, escalate customer issues, and foster positive interactions. • Identify opportunities to strengthen local brand awareness, increase engagement, and build a trusted social media community in Thailand.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Social Media or any other relevant field. • At least 4 years of social media and content experience, preferably in financial services, fintech, crypto, or another trust-sensitive category • Strong understanding of how retail traders consume content in Thailand/Asia • Ability to work under a creative brief and execute with consistency across platforms without needing to reinvent direction with every post • Familiarity with compliance review processes for financial content • Excellent command of English and Thai language • Demonstrated track record of growing a brand audience in a category where trust is earned slowly and lost quickly
