📋 Description

• Partner with global pharmaceutical organizations to solve critical business challenges • Implement Veeva Commercial Cloud products, including PromoMats/DAM and Medical • Deliver AI-powered solutions that improve connected, data-driven customer relationships • Lead business process due diligence • Design and implement robust, scalable solutions • Drive successful projects as Project Manager, Lead Solution Architect, or PO/Business Analyst • Implement a content management platform for life sciences • Lead business process discovery and application design workshops • Translate complex client process requirements into workable solution designs • Oversee solution build, testing, and deployment • Create process documentation and project deliverables • Plan and establish post-go-live activities, including ongoing support • Provide subject matter expertise in Veeva Commercial Content applications and define their fit within customer software ecosystems

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technology implementation projects in a Functional Analyst, Solution Architect, or Project Manager role • Experience working with a Pharmaceutical, Consumer Health, or Medical Device organization • Strong consulting background with ability to architect, drive best practices, and manage stakeholder relationships • Strong and effective communication and presentation skills • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment across multiple assignments • Ability to travel approximately 20% • Fluent in English, written and spoken • Must be based in Europe and have the legal right to work • Ability to travel domestically and abroad; visa not handled by Veeva • Hands-on experience with Veeva PromoMats, Veeva Medical, Veeva Vault Platform, or Salesforce.com Platform is a plus • Experience implementing regulated content management systems is a plus • Experience with DAM tools is a plus • Understanding of Claims, DAM, Modular Content, MLR review, and European regulatory requirements is a plus • Understanding of life sciences compliance and computer systems validation requirements is a plus • Project management certification, such as PRINCE2 or PMP, is a plus • Veeva certification is a plus • Experience with product pre-sales, solution consulting, or engagement management is a plus • French, German, Italian, or Spanish is ideally desired in addition to English
