📋 Description

• Extract, clean, and analyze patient data from Salesforce, EMR systems, and other data sources • Pull patient records and generate statistical analyses to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement • Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and data visualizations • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with healthcare data standards and privacy regulations • Collaborate with clinical, administrative, operational, and cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support • Present insights and findings clearly and actionably to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Maintain documentation of data processes, definitions, and reporting standards • Support organizational decision-making through accurate healthcare data reporting and insights

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare data analysis • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, data modeling, charts, and preferably Power Query • Ability to extract and manipulate large datasets from multiple sources • Solid understanding of healthcare terminology, workflows, and patient data structures • Experience with statistical analysis and performance metrics • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy • Compliance knowledge regarding healthcare data standards and privacy regulations, including HIPAA • Reliable computer and noise-canceling headset • Second monitor • Stable internet connection and backup internet connection • Availability to work US Eastern Standard Time (EST), 9am to 6pm
