📋 Description

• Interpret English phone conversations into Moroccan Arabic (Darija) and vice versa, in real time • Work 5 working days per week with 2 days off • Work 9 hours per day, consisting of 8 working hours and a 1-hour break • Work rotational shifts and weekends, with most shifts at night and overnight • Attend and pass 3 weeks of paid training to retain the role • Collect a company-issued desktop computer from the company premises

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Moroccan Arabic (Darija) — spoken • Fluency in English — spoken, minimum B2 (CEFR) level • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills • Ability to handle sensitive conversations with discretion and professionalism • Access to a quiet room and stable wired internet at home • Work from home anywhere within the UAE • No prior interpretation experience or certification is required
