📋 Description

• Define and execute the strategy for Data Solutions & Services, aligning services with business objectives, market opportunities, and client needs • Shape and grow a portfolio of innovative data services supporting AI, machine learning, and data-driven technologies • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to commercial growth • Expand relationships with existing and prospective clients • Partner with clients to understand challenges and design solutions delivering measurable business value • Oversee data services engagements, ensuring quality, efficiency, operational excellence, and client satisfaction • Build and lead a high-performing team • Establish scalable operating models, governance frameworks, and delivery processes • Collaborate with commercial, technology, and operational teams on strategy, solution design, and execution • Contribute to business planning, capability development, and long-term strategic initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Leadership experience within data services, technology services, consulting, AI operations, or a related field • Experience building, growing, or transforming a service line, business unit, or operational capability • Strong commercial acumen with experience supporting revenue growth, solution development, and client engagement • Proven ability to lead complex service delivery environments while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction • Experience leading teams through growth, change, and transformation • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills • Direct experience in AI data services, including data annotation, model evaluation, human-in-the-loop operations, or related services • Knowledge of machine learning, generative AI, and large language model (LLM) ecosystems • Experience operating in global delivery, managed services, or professional services environments • Experience developing new services from concept through to commercialisation and delivery
