📋 Description

• Lead Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution design and technical delivery. • Drive CRM migration projects from Dynamics CRM On-Premise (8.2/9.1) to Dynamics 365 Online. • Design and implement CRM customizations, workflows, business rules, and automation solutions. • Develop and maintain plugins, custom workflow activities, and JavaScript-based CRM extensions. • Perform large-scale data migration planning and execution using industry best practices. • Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with third-party applications using REST APIs, Web Services, and other integration frameworks. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions. • Support deployment, release management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CRM. • Strong hands-on expertise with Dynamics CRM Online and On-Premise versions. • Proven experience in CRM migration from On-Premise to Dynamics 365 Online. • Expertise in CRM Solution Design and Architecture. • Hands-on experience with: CRM Customizations, Workflows, Business Rules, Power Automate, Power Apps. • Strong knowledge of: Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, JavaScript for CRM. • Experience with large-volume data migration tools and strategies. • Strong integration experience using REST APIs and Web Services. • Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 product roadmap and licensing model.
