• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions. • Create and maintain project documentation, including BRD, FRD, workflows, process maps, and user stories. • Provide expertise in ITSM and CSM processes and identify opportunities for process improvement. • Collaborate with ServiceNow developers and cross-functional teams for solution design and delivery. • Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment activities, and post-implementation support. • Conduct stakeholder communication, training sessions, and user enablement activities. • Ensure requirements are accurately captured and aligned with business objectives.
• Overall 7+ years of professional experience. • 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst on the ServiceNow platform. • Strong understanding of ITSM and CSM processes. • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. • Strong documentation skills, including BRD, FRD, workflows, process mapping, and user stories. • Strong problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail. • Experience working with cross-functional teams. • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
