📋 Description

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for key materials and components • Optimize pricing and delivery terms • Secure business through supplier agreements • Implement dual-sourcing strategies • Support commercial vehicle products across North America • Initiate and lead cross-functional value-added and value-engineering projects • Track projects, ensure timely milestone delivery, assess and mitigate supply risks, and recommend suitable suppliers • Analyze purchased-product cost structures and manufacturing processes to support cost-based negotiations and optimized product development • Collaborate with strategic suppliers to identify business growth and expansion opportunities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on supply chain topics to ensure supply continuity and operational stability • Analyze KPIs, prepare management reports, and develop implementation strategies for new projects • Execute purchasing of products and services according to established procedures and instructions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Economics, or a related field • At least 2 years of experience in Procurement and/or Engineering • Understanding of technical drawings and knowledge of custom-made components is a strong plus • Knowledge of electronic components, their market, and supply dynamics is a strong plus • Understanding of automotive industry processes is a strong plus • Strong analytical skills • Advanced Excel proficiency • Strategic thinking and effective time management and planning skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English • Experience with SAP is a plus • Proactive team player with strong attention to detail
