📋 Description

• Create and evolve data products, ensuring quality, performance, and adherence to architectural best practices • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to clarify requirements, gather business rules, and align expectations across teams • Support the definition of deadlines, priorities, and scopes • Translate business challenges into efficient technical solutions focused on value and impact • Participate in backlog refinement and prioritization using agile methodologies in Jira • Ensure quality standards through tests, documentation, alerts, monitoring, and change communication • Create and maintain documentation for both new and legacy data products • Promote a data-driven culture and contribute to the evolution of the data platform • Ensure that deliveries add value to the company's strategic objectives • Contribute to team development and knowledge sharing with peers • Support Loft’s mission of building a real estate ecosystem in Latin America through data, AI, and machine learning

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of SQL and data modeling (conceptual, logical, physical, and dimensional) • Experience with Python and dbt for modeling, validations, testing, automation, data manipulation, and scripting • Experience orchestrating pipelines and jobs using Airflow and/or GitHub Actions • Familiarity with CI/CD practices applied to data engineering and analytics • Experience with code versioning using GitHub • Experience with cloud environments, including GCP (Google Cloud Platform) and BigQuery • Experience with data visualization tools • Nice to have: experience in Data Engineering and data ingestion/pipeline creation • Nice to have: experience with AI and automation • Nice to have: experience with modern data architectures such as Modern Data Stack, Lakehouse, and Medallion • Nice to have: prior experience in the real estate market (proptechs)
