📋 Description
• Manage and optimize the service portfolio, ensuring strategic alignment and operational efficiency. • Receive and review requests for changes to the portfolio. • Conduct quarterly service portfolio reviews. • Keep the service catalog up to date. • Develop communication plans to communicate portfolio changes. • Perform impact analyses of proposed changes. • Coordinate workshops with stakeholders. • Prepare service performance reports. • Promote training related to the service portfolio. • Implement governance practices and maintain documentation. • Ensure transparency, quality, and standardization in all implemented changes.
🎯 Requirements
• Solid experience in quality management, IT process management, or IT governance • ITIL Foundation certification • ISO 20000 training
